5th Annual International Festival of Animated Films AniFest 2006
4th – 10th of May 2006 – Trebon, Czech Republic

We take the liberty of inviting you to participate in a festival competition of 5th edition of the annual International Festival of Animated Films AniFest 2006, Czech Republic.
In order to take part in the competition entry form and a copy of the film on VHS or DVD must be sent to the organiser’s address by 16th January 2006, at the latest.
Entry form is in the enclosure of this e-mail or is to download on www.anifest.cz

The organiser announces a competition in the following film categories

Feature-length film

Short film

Television film

Television serial

Video clip

Advertisement, introductory spot

Student film

Film made by children

Only films made after 1st January 2004, which have not previously competed in the AniFest festival, will be accepted into the competition. Information about competition categories, conditions of participation and other information are available in the statute of festival in the enclosure and on www.anifest.cz

The prizes awarded by the juries:
Original production

- AniFest Grand Prix for the Best Original Film

- Prize for the Best Feature-Length Film

- Prize for the Best Short Film

Television production and commision production / work that has been made to order

- Grand Prix for the Best Television and Commision Production

- Prize for the Best Television Film and Serial

- Prize for the Best Video Clip

- Prize for the Best Advertisement, Introductory Spot

Student production

- Grand Prix for the Best Student Film

- Prize for the Best School Collection

- Prize for the Best Film made by Children

Prizes awarded by the organiser of the festival

- The Trebon Prize

- Audience Prize

The winner of the AniFest Grand Prix will receive a financial award of 3 000 euros. The winner of the Grand Prix for the best Television and Commision Production will receive a financial award of 1 500 euros and the winner of the Grand Prix for the best student film will receive a financial award of 1 500 euros.
